I strongly believe that sometimes God sends you a message to do something that is not in your comfort zone or normal way of doing things. One such thing happened to me thirty plus years ago. I was returning home from some errand and passed a women three houses down taking her two young children and groceries out of her car. Ordinarily, I would have just gone into my house, but I felt a nudge to go down the street and introduce myself. Little did I know, that introduction would change my life forever. It was the day that God brought Pam into my life. We briefly chatted and agreed to have coffee later that day. Immediately, we hit it off as well as Brad and Becky did. Throughout the years, we shared our hopes, struggles, achievements, secrets; all our greatest joys and deepest sorrows. No one could have asked for a more loving, caring, thoughtful, and funny friend as Pam. I don’t know why Pam left this world so early, but I thank God for the time I had her in my life. Sheryl Otter
